The fine print, in plain words
Please read this once before you book. Booking means you agree to it.

- What this is. A safe space to be heard by another human being — like talking to an unbiased friend. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and I am not a licensed mental-health professional.
- Secrecy. What you share is never recorded, never shared and never discussed with anyone. The only exception: if I believe someone's life is in immediate danger, I may share the minimum needed with emergency services.
- Anonymity & your data. A nickname is enough. I keep only what is needed to reach you, and it is deleted automatically a few days after your session. Payment records are kept by Razorpay as the law requires.
- Payment in advance, no refunds. The fee is paid upfront to reserve your time and is non-refundable — including if you miss the session or join late (the session still ends on time). If I have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.
- Rescheduling. You can move your time once, free, if you message me at least 24 hours before.
- Respect, both ways. No recording by either of us. Abusive, explicit or unlawful conversation ends the session immediately, without a refund.
- 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Your choices stay yours. Anything I say is a personal perspective, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for decisions you make or their outcomes, and any liability is limited to the fee you paid.
- Changes. These terms may be updated; the version on this page when you book is the one that applies to your session.
